!! NEW FEATURES !!
------------------
1. File Transfer: You can send a file to an online friend by right-clicking
their name and selecting 'File Transfer'. Then pick a file from your desktop
machine and send it along! It's that simple...
2. Control-key talk button. Now you can easily use the Control-key to talk and
listen with paltalk. Take the program off of Voice Activation/Hands Free mode.
Then when you're connected to someone, just press and hold the Control-key while
you're talking and release when you're done talking. We hope you find this
an easier mode of operation.
3. You can now find the last 20 users to hop online in the search window! Just
open the search window ("Add" button), and hit "Online Users" button. You should
see 20 names selected from our Paltalk online list.
Quick Tips:
To Talk:
When you open the program, online users will appear in bold type. To
call a user, double click on their name. Once they answer, click the
talk button on the bottom right to speak and click the listen button
to listen.
To Hangup:
Click on the phone icon on the bottom to hangup.
To Real Time Text Chat:
Single click a highlighted user and then click on the text button on
the bottom left of the program. You can also send text messages to
offline users which will be stored until the offline user logs on.
To Add Users:
Click the "Add" tab, fill out any information you know, and click
"search". You need not put in full names, even a single letter will
suffice.
Right Click Menu:
All functions are also accessible with a right click menu which may
be seen by right clicking on a user (whether online or offline).
Help Screen:
There is extensive help which may be accessed by clicking the "Menu Tab"
and then selecting help.
Voice Activation:
